Job Description:-

Must have knowledge in equity, capital marketing, banking insurance, etc

Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.

Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.

Recommending available products.

Forwarding customers to sales agents when a policy needs to be initiated or upgraded.

Answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, distributing mail, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department.
