Work Location: DLF Cyber City, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Shifts : 24 * 7, Rotational Shifts – Need to be flexible to work in late night Shifts (US)

Transport : Will be provided

Assessments : Versant English Test (Proctored) – 62 & Above, Mettl MDPI Test

Note: (Freshers strictly not allowed)

Education: Diploma, Bachelors degree preferred

Responsibilities:

Resolve simpler non-technical issues for consumers, partners, clients or internal stakeholders by addressing issues assigned to them through the ticketing systems using process specifications following operating procedures

May be required to use judgement in defining solutions, adapt existing process and methods to craft alternate solutions, or escalate critical or more complex queries to the next level for resolution

Query management:

Accountable for closing customer inquiries regarding products/services, customer's accounts and provide additional clarifications as requested by customers

Experience

Min relevant (years): 1 year experience in a voice process (Preferred in Customer Service)

Sales Experience: : Of all the profiles 50% to have a min 1 year experience with 6 months sales experience- Voice
