Job Title: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Ahmedabad Gujarat

Shift: 10:00 AM 19:00 PM (Saturdays are halfday working)

*Sundays are weekly off

Pay out/Salary: Maximum offered is(CTC)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team specializing in the oil and gas mining and refinery sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition particularly within these industries possessing the ability to source screen and recruit toptier talent to meet our organizations needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

  2. Utilizing various job portals like Naukri LinkedIn etc to search and source candidates.

  3. Screening & shortlisting of candidates profile.

  4. Handling recruitment process & screening the CVs as per clients metrics/parameters.

  5. Scheduling the Interview for the respective clients.

  6. Builds applicant sources by researching and references.

  7. Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.

  8. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements and/or using job site/portals.

  9. Establishes the requirement by studying the organizations plan and market.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role you should possess:

  • Job marketing and Communication skills

  • Social Media Marketing skills

  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills (in English)

  • PostGraduate/ Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in HR or Business Administration

  • 23 years of relevant experience in recruitment

  • Proven track record of managing and successful completion of KRAs of a recruiter.
