JOB DESCRIPTION
Understanding the requirements and the details of each event.
Setting regular meeting rhythms with the team.
Providing solutions to the problems faced by the team.
Following systems and processes tightly.
Keeping a backup plan for vendors in crises.
Client Servicing
Brief from the client & his objective.
No follow-ups to be done by the client.
Assisting and eventually leading client meetings
Understanding client's needs and wants
Supervise elements with attention to financial and time constraints
Ensuring your team can complete all jobs within the stipulated time frame
Assist in building relationships with clients to procure new business
Assisting and eventually leading event budget plans within financial constraints
Promptly offer solutions to resolve problems
Create an experience full of ease and delight for yourself, the team, and the client.
