Job Description:
Zerodha is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This role is ideal for someone who is resourceful, hardworking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Educate customers on our products and services to ensure optimal usage. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex cases and provide solutions. 5. Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 7. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 8. Presentation and research soft skills.
