Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. 4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 7. Resourceful and hardworking personality traits. 8. Presentation and research soft skills.
