Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

upGrad is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. 2. Provide timely and proactive communication to address any customer inquiries or issues. 3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives, such as onboarding, training, and retention programs. 5. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and insights that can inform product development and improvements. 6. Track key performance metrics related to customer success and report on progress to internal stakeholders. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously enhance our processes and strategies.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Confident and hardworking personality traits. 4. Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. 6. Experience working in a remote environment is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
