Icertis is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Assistant to join our remote team based in Delhi, India. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer support experience preferred, but not required. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. 6.Driven and energetic personality traits. 7. Strong teamwork and strategic planning skills.
