Job Description:
Khatabook is seeking a motivated and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our team in a remote work position. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat. You will be the main point of contact for customers who have inquiries, issues, or feedback about our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolving customer issues and concerns effectively and efficiently 3. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers using our software 4. Educating customers on how to use our products and services effectively 5. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of all customer communication 6. Collaborating with the product development team to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences 7. Conducting research to find solutions to complex customer inquiries 8. Working closely with other members of the customer support team to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support role 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers 3. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills 4. Ability to research and find solutions to customer inquiries 5. Resilient and able to work well under pressure 6. Motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
