Primary Objective:
•acknowledge incidents, problems and service requests & handle them with appropriate support from senior team members ensuring the SLA. 
•Documentation and knowledge training: Utilizing Confluence and Jira to document learning of the knowledge training sessions & best practices for having SOPs & MOPs.
•Gain operational understanding of managed solutions & data flow.
•Monitor system performance, analyse trends.
•Collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and end-user to understand their needs and provide technical support & enrich their experience

Must have technical/professional qualifications: 
•    Operations training certification
•    Preferred to have ITIL Understanding.
•    Training Certification on any language
•    Only graduates/Postgraduates needs to apply.
