Job Description - Food Service Supervisor

A food service supervisor oversees and coordinates the daily operations of a food service establishment, such as a restaurant, cafeteria, or catering company. they are responsible for ensuring that customers receive high-quality food and service while also managing staff, budgets, and inventory. job duties/responsibilities
• supervise food service staff and ensure adherence to policies.
• maintain high-quality customer service and resolve issues.
• plan menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
• ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
• train and develop staff to improve performance.
• create and manage employee schedules.
• lead by example and foster teamwork among staff. requirements

• previous experience in food service management.
• 3 years of experience in relevant field.
