Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Receptionist at RADCLIFFE Group of Schools located in Bhopal. The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service. The role involves managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, providing information and assistance, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive experience for students, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Graduate or equivalent
