Head of Presales & Delivery

Practical Information: Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, or Chennai, India | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for India | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional level English , written and spoken Crayon India is expanding, and we are looking for a Head of Presales & Delivery , where you will be leading our Presales and Delivery Team . You will be accountable for i dentifying, maturing, and driving large cloud services engagements with Enterprise customers. As such, you will be working on core technical solutions, complex architectures with the team and provide executive leadership with CXOs. You will be responsible for building the services process , KPI’s, and the services road map. Furthermore, you will ensure further growth of Crayon’s Cloud business in India by providing efficient advisory. Other responsibilities will include Analyze and keep track on the Indian market and map Crayon's capabilities to build a winning market strategy Be the evangelist for our Pre-sales and Delivery teams , and collaborate with other internal stakeholders to develop a solid business model, as well as the essential expertise and skills required Understand the Services P&L and drive for exponential growth in the business Work hands-on with managing customers and partners to nurture commercial relationships Your Competencies Higher degree in IT or other related areas 15+ years’ experience from a similar role, technical role or from an IT based environment, including knowledge of Data AI, Block Chain, and/or Cyber Security Proven experience managing or mentoring teams Experience working on large scale pre-sales and delivery projects , as well as a good understanding of Azure and AWS technologies and growth trends About You A collaborative approach to working with various stakeholders, and possess the leadership skills to guide teams to success Results-orientated and effective communications skills will be the foundation for your success at Crayon Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable plans What’s on offer?
