HR Service Delivery Specialist

Job Description

Working with business teams to define vision and mission, along with ensuring HR Applications and systems meet business needs
• Drive business requirements, manage enhancements/integration/operations; work with right stakeholders to deliver HR tools and technology changes
• Act as the change catalyst & SME for Workday process designs – continuously assess areas of improving user experience on Workday
• Driving improvements to local and global processes - Build relationships across HR teams and establish yourself as an expert opinion
• Identifying Gaps and recommendation- Digitization opportunities and improvement areas
• Play the role of Workday Advocate and continuously work towards improving Workday adoption across entities
• Continuous collaboration across cross functional teams & critical evaluation to work towards any enhancements being requested for AST
• Custodianship towards owning & managing the budgets & tracking spends earmarked & approved for enhancements on AST
• Owning the governance of security roles assigned to FHR teams on Workday/AST
• Defining and finalizing prioritization framework and conducting workshops
• Developing an Implementation roadmap for any new enhancements going live on HR applications
• Understanding HR data flows and how to integrate with other systems
Additionally, Coordinating Testing efforts – Product Test, Integration Test and User Acceptance Test. 
Liaison between Business team and CIO technical team and possibly vendor team and work with them to document designs/user stories

• Experience working in one or more HR functional areas and a basic understanding of HR functions and processes
• • Ability to communicate ideas or concepts through storyboards, wireframes, and diagrams, in addition to written and oral communication skills, to engage and inspire stakeholders
• Knowledge of Workday HCM
• Prior Project Management or Business Analyst experience
• Ability to create simple and compelling visuals to reframe ambiguous and complex problems or concepts
