Overview:
The International Customer Care position is a vital role within our organization responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international clientele. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining positive relationships with our global customer base and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound international customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Assist customers in placing orders tracking shipments and resolving product or service issues
- Provide support and information on product features pricing and availability
- Address billing and paymentrelated queries and concerns
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints and escalations
- Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical and logistical issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communication
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and industry regulations
- Adhere to established service levels and performance metrics
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment
- Assist with language translation and interpretation when necessary
- Participate in crossfunctional training and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience in international customer service or similar role
- Fluency in at least two languages including English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize with and understand diverse cultural perspectives
- Excellent problemsolving and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of international shipping customs and export regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
- Ability to work flexible hours and accommodate different time zones
- Familiarity with international market trends and customer behavior
- Capability to work well under pressure and handle demanding customer situations
