Company Profile : LEGIT QUEST is a LEGAL-TECH venture built by a versatile team of tech-savvy attorneys, engineers, and designers who aim to make the practice of law simpler for its end users. With Late Sh. Ram Jethmalani as the founding Patron, the venture has transformed centuries-old unorganized and unstructured legal data for the benefit of the legal fraternity. The venture is backed by InfoEdge and WaterBridge Ventures and raised seed and pre-series A rounds of funding. Qualification : Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred from the premier institute) Required Skill Set : - Communication Skills - Problem-Solving - Revenue Operations - Customer Handling - Empathy - Presentation Skills - MS Excel Relevant Industry : - Legal Technology Job Description/Responsibilities : 1. Collaborate with the team to develop and execute company policies that align with our strategic objectives. 2. Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and success. 3. Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints. 4. Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement and growth. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. 6. Utilize CRM tools and systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback. 7. Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. 8. Collaborate with various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Product 9. Development to ensure alignment of policies and strategies. 10. Prepare and present reports on key performance metrics, customer feedback, and policy effectiveness to the Founder's Office and senior management. Desired profile of the candidate : 1. Min. Bachelor's degree in any discipline 2. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a must. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Start-up experience will be preferred 9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. 10. Passion for driving positive customer experiences and building lasting relationships.
