Live Chat Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Nykaa, an industry-leading beauty and cosmetic retailer based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN, is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work position with the opportunity for mid-to-senior level professionals with a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer service and live chat management.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and support - Monitor and analyze live chat metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Develop and implement training programs for live chat agents to continuously improve their skills and knowledge - Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service to drive innovation and efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in managing a team of live chat agents - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in live chat software and tools - Driven and energetic personality traits - Strong people management and teamwork skills
