Risk Services Team (Enterprise Services) (TDI- Private Bank-Products & Enterprises)

Location- Pune

Role Description:

Our Risk Services team at Deutsche Bank part of Enterprise Services Domain - Private Bank (TDI) develops & maintains applications for Credit Monitoring and Reporting. Projects are generally announced on short notice. Quality and stability have priority together with time to market.

As a test Engineer you will also work together with business and operation units and bring testing skills to enforce the testing team within a Squad. You will extensively make use and apply Continuous Integration tools and practices in the context of Deutsche Bank’s digitalization journey.

Your key responsibilities:

• You are involved in the whole Software Development Lifecycle starting from analyzing requirements, creating test case, testing software, preparing test plan and test evaluation report as well as maintaining & continuously improving it.
• Working closely with development team, building test stories on JIRA and/or ALM.
• Your primary focus will be on test integration/SIT/regression/performance testing as well as supporting UAT with business.
• You provide high-quality testing solutions that meet functional as well as non-functional requirements.
• You actively participate and contribute into the sprint activities and ceremonies e.g. daily stand-up, Sprint planning, retrospectives, refinements etc.
• You collaborate with other team members to achieve the sprint objectives.

Your skills and experience:

• At least 6-10 years’ experience in Mainframe/SAS testing.
• Strong knowledge experience with standard Mainframe applications and technologies, including DB2, WebSphere MQ, CICS, JCL and TSO.
• Strong experience on Mainframe test environment and good knowledge on Environment LPARs. 
• Good to have basic experience in base SAS/Macros.
• Experience in Testing and maintenance of mainframe applications preferably in banking industry.
• Knowledge of various process models and related tools (HP-ALM, ADONIS, JIRA)
• Strong knowledge and experience as a Mainframe system programmer and software test engineer.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM environment including agile tooling together with Experience and knowledge of investment business and its operations.
• Pro-active team player with good communication and English language skills.
• High level of commitment, initiative, and ability to work under time pressure as well as assertiveness and persuasiveness
