Job Summary: Seeking marketing and customer service professional who can handle marketing activities, lease management and customer service. Job Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Assessing clients’ requirements and maintaining regular interactions to understand their needs and preferences during their tenancy at CapitaLand assets. Pricing Strategy: Providing expert inputs on pricing strategies and participating in reviews and proposals to achieve optimal occupancy thresholds. Lease Management: Facilitating lease management procedures, including negotiations and deal structuring for renewals and leasing of spaces to both existing and new clients. Property Tours: Coordinating site visits, preparing engaging presentations, and conducting effective property tours to showcase our facilities and campus. Reporting & Analysis: Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and submission of various MIS reports, financial budgets, customer satisfaction surveys, and audit reports. Stakeholder Collaboration: Working in partnership with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and maintain positive client relationships. Service Standards: Collaborating closely with the property services department to enhance service standards and ensure smooth operations. Event Planning: Ideating, planning, and executing parkwide events to attract and engage tenants, visitors, and the local community. Customer Retention: Implementing strategies for customer retention, including cross-marketing of assets, and identifying opportunities for upselling. Key Account Management: Building and strengthening relationships with key clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Skills & Qualifications: Postgraduate/MBA with 10+ yrs. relevant experience IPC background preferred. Ability to deliver, lead, excite/challenge and affirm/encourage to achieve the organization’s objectives. Excellent communication - oral/written. Leadership skills Process driven and accountability. Team player Problem Solving Skills Good Presentation Skills Strong networking skills Ability to work under pressure and time management.
