Operations Associate- Customer Service
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
This role in customer service (CS) team is responsible to follow & execute relevant processes and practices for to meet team’s targets & timelines.

• Good numeracy, literacy, verbal, and written communication skills
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
• Functional: 3-5 years in retail industry
• Industry knowledge for digital business: ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes
• Graduation from Government approved university
