Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Cars24 is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Support Associate, working remotely from home in Delhi, India. As an Entry Level Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our account management team. This role requires a candidate who is hardworking, passionate, creative, and possesses strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist the account management team with day-to-day tasks and activities - Maintain and update customer account information in the company database - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless account management processes - Help in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed - Provide input and ideas for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of account management processes

Requirements: - No prior experience required, however, a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment is essential - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
