Job Description:
Jio Platforms is currently seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Support Manager to join our team for a remote position based in Delhi, India. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in account management, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, providing support for their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a reliable and resourceful individual who possesses excellent persuasion and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolutions to client issues - Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and upselling - Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their account status and progress - Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to optimize their experience with our products and services - Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of our offerings
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in account management or client support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and within a team - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
