Account Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Shaadi.com is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Support Officer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely responses to their inquiries and requests - Provide support and guidance to clients on using our platform effectively - Assist clients in resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or account management role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Excellent planning and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
