Remote Account Support Representative

Job Description:

Nykaa is seeking a Remote Account Support Representative to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a full-time Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account support. The ideal candidate will be reliable and hardworking, with excellent research and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support to key accounts through phone, email, and chat communication channels. 2. Assist in troubleshooting account-related issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Adhere to established processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in account support activities. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing accounts. 7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account support. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
