WhiteHat Jr, a leading EdTech company focused on teaching coding to kids, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to our clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Address and resolve account-related issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist with billing inquiries and payment processing. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service. 6. Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement. 7. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in all interactions to meet customer needs effectively.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3.
