Position : Business Development/IT Services Sales

Location of Posting: Work From Home (USA Shift)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/IT Services Sales person to lead our efforts in the sale of our services related to website development and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on driving revenue growth through various online sales channels and through direct client communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Should have experience dealing with USA based clients

A) Identify and Pursue Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the website development and digital marketing services.

B)  Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking through online and offline channels. Proactively prospect and qualify potential clients to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.

C) Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand their needs and objectives and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

D)    Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our services and demonstrate how they can address clients' business challenges and objectives.

E) Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to deliver integrated solutions that meet clients' needs. Coordinate project requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.

F) Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in website development and digital marketing. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Min. 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or related field, with a focus on website development, digital marketing, or eCommerce.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of website development principles, digital marketing strategies, and eCommerce platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
