Call Center Assistant - Work from home

Urban Ladder is seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Assistant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Call Center Assistant at Urban Ladder, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to input customer data accurately into our systems, follow-up with customers as needed, and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department.

The ideal candidate for this position will be driven and resilient, able to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
