Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Dream11 is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Call Center Officer to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, process orders, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Conduct outbound calls for customer follow-ups, surveys, and promotion of products and services. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve department goals. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to actively listen to customers. 3. Resilient and able to handle difficult customers with professionalism. 4. Driven and motivated to achieve customer service targets and goals. 5. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 6. Persuasion skills to effectively convey information and influence customer decisions.
