Call Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and confident Call Center Officer to join our team at Zoomcar in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate Level employee, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers to provide information and assistance. 2. Assist customers in booking, modifying, or cancelling reservations. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and goals.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude. 3. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks. 4. Ability to persuade and influence customers. 5. Reliable and able to work under pressure. 6. Confidence to handle challenging situations with ease. 7. Knowledge of customer service software and MS Office.
