Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Shaadi.com, a leading match-making platform, is looking for a Call Center Representative to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Entry Level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with inquiries, requests, or concerns related to our services - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and empathy - Update customer information in the database accurately

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and independent personality - Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
