Job description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team at Pine Labs in Delhi, India. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our chat support team to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of chat support agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and issues. - Develop and implement chat support policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and improve operational efficiency. - Monitor chat support performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and product development, to address customer feedback and enhance the chat support experience. - Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations for chat support agents to maintain high quality service standards. - Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support technology and customer service strategies.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in a chat support or customer service management role. - Proven track record of successfully managing chat support teams and driving customer satisfaction. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. - Driven and results-oriented mindset. - Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
