Job Description:

Google India is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Chat Support Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home in Delhi, Delhi, IN. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to Google users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through chat support - Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Stay up-to-date on product information and updates to provide accurate support - Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to articulate solutions effectively - Creativity in problem-solving and willingness to learn new processes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Comfortable using technology and familiar with online communication tools - No prior experience required, training will be provided
