Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products or services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
