Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Chat Support Specialist to join Paytm in Delhi, IN. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users through chat support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through chat support in a timely manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and policies - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times - Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure quality service delivery

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and organizational skills - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
