Job Description:

upGrad, a leading online education platform, is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Delhi, India. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client relations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Remote Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through remote communication channels - Understand client needs and goals to provide personalized recommendations and solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives and ensure timely delivery of services - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a professional manner - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business development - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client accounts and business performance

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Independent and passionate individual with strong interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong research skills and attention to detail - Proficient in remote communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
