Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Apple India is seeking a motivated and independent Client Relations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis, working from home in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and preferences - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase products and services - Monitor client accounts and track performance metrics to ensure goals are met - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasion skills to influence clients and drive results - Experience in giving presentations and pitching ideas - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Vision insurance, Training & professional development, and Travel opportunities
