Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at Razorpay in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The Remote Client Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Handling client queries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Providing timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and promotions - Collaborating with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations in a prompt and professional manner - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Analyzing client feedback and data to improve customer experience and satisfaction - Monitoring client accounts and ensuring timely payments and renewals - Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate and assist clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 3 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proven track record of building and maintaining positive client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to changing client needs and company initiatives - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Critical thinking and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
