Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at Dunzo, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IN, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a high level of independence and energy to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with Dunzo - Work closely with the operations team to ensure that client requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently - Provide feedback to internal teams on client preferences and potential areas for improvement - Collaborate with colleagues to effectively communicate client feedback and ensure all client interactions are handled with care

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients - Ability to work independently and proactively manage client relationships - Energetic personality with a positive attitude towards addressing client needs - Proficiency in using CRM tools and other customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
