Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Stellapps is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and resilient, with excellent attention to detail and strong strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty to our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables, ensuring successful execution within established timelines - Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic solutions to enhance client experience - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client interactions, key metrics, and overall client satisfaction - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or related field - 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technology or software industry - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strategic planning skills to anticipate client needs and develop long-term relationships - Adaptable and resilient attitude towards challenging situations
