Client Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Client Service Associate at Goibibo, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with key clients - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner - Processing client orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services - Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise with client accounts - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients - Providing feedback to the management team on ways to improve customer service and client satisfaction - Utilizing CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records - Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most up-to-date information

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role - Driven and energetic personality - Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
