Job Description:
Xiaomi India is looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client servicing, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of services meet client expectations - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products - Analyze client feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services - Prepare regular reports on client account status, performance, and opportunities for growth - Lead client meetings and presentations to discuss performance metrics and action plans - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven track record in client servicing and account management, with at least 7 years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills - Creativity in developing client solutions and strategies - Driven and resilient attitude towards achieving client satisfaction and business goals
