Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at 1mg, located in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN. As a Remote Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and assistance. 2. Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients. 6. Work closely with the sales team to provide support and information as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Confident and motivated with a positive attitude. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
