Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Microsoft India is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team in Delhi. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving client queries and issues, and providing excellent customer service. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliverables - Conduct research to identify opportunities for business growth and client satisfaction - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client experience and drive revenue - Analyze client feedback and data to make informed decisions and improvements - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients - Attend client meetings and events to represent the company and promote our products and services

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and independent, with the ability to work autonomously - Demonstrated strategic planning and research skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Strong attention to detail
