Client Service Representative

Udaan is seeking a motivated and resourceful Client Service Representative to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution of client projects - Present solutions and proposals to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and objectives - Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement - Project manage client initiatives from start to finish, tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong presentation and communication skills - Excellent project management abilities, with a proven track record of successful client engagements - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
