Client Support Associate

Job Description: OYO Rooms is looking for a passionate and adaptable Client Support Associate to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are seeking individuals with a strong attention to detail and a knack for teamwork to provide excellent support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve client issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Coordinate with other departments to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in generating reports and analyzing data to improve client satisfaction - Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancement - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements: - Passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
