Job Description:
BookMyShow is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, IN. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client support roles, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote client support specialists, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and mentor a team of remote client support specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues, resolving them in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze client feedback and implement process improvements to enhance the overall client experience. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment on client support initiatives. 6. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management on team performance and client satisfaction metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a client support role, with at least 8 years of experience. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Independent and dedicated work ethic. 7. Strong planning and negotiation skills. 8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
