Job Description - Client Support Manager - Work from home

Job description:


NoBroker is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner - Provide high-quality support to clients via phone, email, and chat channels - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement client support strategies to meet company goals and objectives - Train and mentor junior client support team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with clients and solve problems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent organizational and time management skills
