The Mahindra Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve client support processes and procedures - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or client support is preferred - Driven and resourceful with a strong desire to succeed - Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
