Job Description:
Zerodha, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Support Representative to work from home in Mumbai, Maharashtra. As an Associate Level Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, assisting with account inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshooting and resolving client issues with account setup, trading platforms, and general inquiries 3. Educating clients on the company's products and services, including trading options and investment strategies 4. Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues 5. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions 6. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay current on company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong adaptability and decision-making skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in finance or related field
