Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Support Specialist to join our team at Rebel Foods in Bangalore, Karnataka, IN. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently - Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences - Manage relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall client experience - Assist with data entry and maintaining client records accurately - Work with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support
Requirements: - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Experience with people management and conflict resolution - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred
