Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Hero MotoCorp is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist in Delhi, IN. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism - Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members - Strategic planning abilities to identify areas for improvement and growth - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
